Help with Rogr

Keep Wi‑Fi and Bluetooth switched on in Control Centre on both phones (you do not need to join a network). Make sure Rogr is allowed to find local devices: Settings › Privacy & Security › Local Network › Rogr. Keep the phones within a few metres for the first pairing.

Open the Pair screen on both phones. On iPhones with the Ultra Wideband chip, keep "Bump" selected and hold the tops of the phones together. Otherwise, show your code on one phone and scan it with the other. You can also make an invite link from the crew page and send it while you still have signal.

Tens of metres, more in open air with a clear line of sight, less through walls and dense crowds. If a friend walks out of range, what you say is kept and delivered when they come back into range.

Tap the talk bar, speak, then tap again to send. Or switch to hold-to-talk in Settings and hold the bar while you speak. If someone else is talking, your press waits and goes out when they finish.

− and + set the volume. The arrows change channel on the public band. Hold the power key for a second to switch the radio off or on. Swipe the screen for the crew, find and log pages. Settings › Show me around walks through every key.

Long-press the crew's name on the radio's screen, or change it in Settings.

Hold SOS for a second and a half. Every paired phone in range sounds an alarm and sees your position; Rogr keeps sending until someone hears it. Hold again to cancel. Rogr is not an emergency service: when you have signal, call your local emergency number.

Yes. The radio stays on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island with a talk button, and incoming talk plays with the phone in your pocket.
